Since the new update came up, when i try to update the firmware with the cable connected (without being wireless) the mouse turns off and i then it asks me to update and so goes on.
Since it turns off the update stops and i cant do nothing about it.

Did you try to download the latest firmware here? To isolate the issue, please make sure to connect teh device directly to the PC USB port and not to a USB hub. If you encounter the same issue, please PM me with your mouse serial number so I can verify its model. All the best!
