Razer Viper V2 Pro dongle suddenly stopped working

Hello

I’ve been using Razer Viper V2 Pro for like 1 year. I bought it on 12.06.2023 from a local store called “Teknosa” in Turkey. 

My mouse was working fine today until its suddenly stopped working. I googled for some solution about this problem and I find lots of topic about it. I’ve tried lots of thing to fix it but dongle is not recognized anymore on PC. I can’t even update the dongle firmware due to recognization error. My mouse is working fine while its wired but wireless is dead. Can I get some help?

As I said before I tried to clean reinstall everything. Driver, synapse but nothing worked.

I know that my mouse is under warranty right now, I can send my bill if you want so

Are you using a USB hub? If possible, try it on a different computer. If that didn’t work, then you can shoot me a message via PM along with your Razer Viper V2 Pro’s serial number so I can check for other workarounds that we can attempt.
