Razer Viper V2 Pro Firmware Updater not working
Hi there, trying to update my Firmware to use my new hyperpolling dongle that has arrived but the updater isn't working. It updated the firmware on the original dongle but when it goes to update the software on the mouse itself (after turning it off and connecting via cable it won't install the update. It just stops immediately. Sometimes I get a popup saying that 'Synapse or some other Application' is running but checked the task manager and nothing is; the updater itself shut down Synapse and its 100% off. So atm can't update my mouse or use my new dongle. Any idea what app might be causing an issue?

Follow up - after chatting with someone at razer looks like its a hardware issue on my mouse - tested on my Wifes PC and same issue happens. So have to get a replacement!
