After using the mouse for 8 months I started having problems with the dongle until it died. I claimed the warranty and they gave me a new mouse and dongle and after a month the dongle died. The funny thing is that I updated the dongle's firmware 5 days ago before it stopped working. I tried every possible method and nothing. Please I need a hand.
