My Viper V2 stopped working suddenly, it does not connect using dongle and also in wired. Was not detected on my windows 11 and also on razer synapse.

Razer Viper V2 Pro stops working
The same thing happend to me yesterday the mouse was running low on battery plugged it in via the given cable the mouse isn’t recognized by my pc anymore it doesn’t charge it does not work. I am running Windows 10. Although I had a similar problem for the last 10 days or so now where if the mouse was running low on battery after plugging it in via cable it would’t be regognized a system restart weirdly enough fixed the problem tho. This is not the case anymore.
i have the same problem, im just go to sleep and the next morning never works again. i need a solution pls
+1If tried other port / other cable / other PC and it’s still not detected both wired or wireless, then just RMA it.
