Purchased a this mouse in July 2022 and its now just shy of it’s warranty period and the receiver stopped working. Have tried on multiple PCs. Synapse cannot see the receiver, can only update firmware for the mouse when wired as the update does not see the dongle.

It’s a shame and a strange coincidence that the product has stopped working now after being purchased July 2022 just shy of its warranty. The dongle has not been knocked or damaged in anyway and has just sat, plugged into the back of the PC.

Any ideas if I can get the dongle or mouse replaced or am I going to have to fork out for new peripherals and just hope they last longer than 2 years…. or break before warranty so I can actually get parts replaced
