my Razer Viper V2 Pro is not connecting wirelessly to my PC anymore. It works fine with the cable but the wireless dongle isn’t connecting to my pc anymore.
I tried updating the firmware but it stays on “Plug in your Dongle”…. and doesn’t recognize that it is already plugged in. I tried already all of the available USB Ports with no success. The mouse was purchased in about 9 months ago. I have read that the dongle needs to be replaced and would like to request a replacement if possible.
