Razer viper v3 hyperspeed consistently losing connection

Have had the hyperspeed for a while now mainly 0 issues apart from having to keep synapse open all the time to use certain buttons on the mouse have tried everything but nothing worked so gave up on that. But as of recent I have noticed the hyperspeed suddenly losing connection to the mouse with no warning or anything seems like the mouse just shuts down. The battery being used is the recommended one and sleep mode is set at the max amount of time. Just looking for solutions to this because it’s pretty frustrating especially in the middle of games.
