Razer Viper V3 Pro Dongle doesn't work

Just got this mouse in the mail and plugged it in and it works wired but doesn’t work with the dongle, dongle doesn’t light up at all, I was able to update the firmware on both dongle and mouse which didn’t help and also updated razer synapse so I'm assuming I just need to send it back to amazon for an exchange

Hyperpolling wireless dongle is visible in Synapse?

If yes, I’d try to pair it again with the mouse.

Tried many times, wasn’t visible. Just returned it and picked one up at BestBuy
