I got this mouse recently maybe 2 weeks turned it on played with it wirelessly for a day charged the mouse overnight and now ever since the dongle is recognized on my device nor synapse. Please help I'm lost for ideas on what to do i cant even do firmware updates for it since its not detected only the mouse ones.

Hello there,
Thanks for alerting us about your dongle issue. Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. If possible, try it on a different computer just to check if the dongle can be detected or not. Feel free to reach me via PM along with your Razer Viper V3 Pro's serial number so I can look for other workarounds.
