When I open Razer Synapse, my Razer Viper V3 Pro mouse can use the middle mouse button. Without the app open, it doesn't work. This issue occurred after I updated the mouse firmware to v1.13.01_r1. I saw another thread where another user had this issue as well after updating the firmware and i did clean re install of the mouse drivers and razer synapse.im certain its a firmware issue.

Can you send me a PM with your Synapse logs which will help our team in their investigation? You can upload them to any hosting service like Google Drive and provide a shareable link. Just check the file so that anyone with the link can view it. Please also include the serial number so I can verify it in our system and use it for your case.
