Razer viper v3 pro issue not connecting

Hello recently i bought the viper v3 pro faker edition and it wont connect to my laptop as it has the connecting sound and the light on the mouse was on and it doesnt work at all

please help me ;-;

Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your laptop’s USB port. If possible, try it on a different computer just to check if the same issue persists. If it does, shoot me a PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
