Razer Viper V3 Pro left and right button not working but everything does.

Hello reader,

I have recently (few hours ago) gotten for Christmas a new over the top mouse that I have been wanting for literal months. It has come today. But to my surprise the left and right button doesn’t function. The sensor, side buttons and the scroll wheel works. 

I have done the following things:

-Updated windows

-Reinstalled Razer Synapse 3 & 4

-Updated the firmware (from my dongle and mouse)

-Tried it on a different computer (gave the same results)

-Deleted it on device manager and restarted my PC.

-Closed every Razer program (can’t be the program itself)

I don’t know what to do and I can’t really return it since it is Christmas.

Any help would be appreciated.

    I have had my Viper V3 Pro for about a year now and ~2 months ago the left mouse button seems to be breaking.  I say this because it only registers the click about 90% of the time and when it doesn’t register when I click the left mouse button, I need to keep pressing it repeatedly for it to register or press father towards the front.  I love this mouse and yes, it is way overpriced but I have been using Razer products since the start of their company, and I can say this is the first product that I feel has been defective but still frustrating.

    I have the exact same problem and just posted a new question here… It can’t believe you got no replies to this thread… What did you do? I don’t want to return it lol

    I have the same problem, everything in my mice works perfectly beside mouse1 and mouse2 - sometimes from time to time it goes back to normal and works for like 2 minutes and then stops working again…

    i tried everything you said and didnt work

    any help?
