Purchased the Razer viper v3 pro about a year ago and yesterday it randomly stopped working. The light indicators on the dongle and mouse no longer turn on when I plug them in. I’ve tried plugging them both in to a different PC and they still don’t work. I left the mouse plugged in for about 30 minutes and it worked for a bit then stopped working again. I’ve seen many people run into this same issue yet I’ve seen no fix for it.

Try using the original cable that comes with it and ensure that the cable is being fully seated in. If the issue still occurs, please PM me the mouse serial number and a copy of your proof of purchase for warranty validation. You can upload it to any hosting site like Imgur or Google Drive. Kindly change the privacy setting to "anyone has link" so we can view the file without asking permission. All the best!
