Razer Viper V3 Pro sensor randomly slowing down not tracking properly

I recently got the mouse and i have been having a issue where it randomly slows down the tracking massively and it fucks up my aim or just using the mouse in general in a way it makes it almost downright unusable. This happens on windows and arch linux, i have updated and reinstalled the drivers, i have used synapse, i played with the poling rates and i noticed different polling rates have very drastic sensitivity changes. I really like this mouse as it works really well when its not being stupid and i just want it to work, i tried all the troubleshooting online and i don’t seem to be able to fix it with that and to me it seems like a firmware issue but i just really want it fixed.
