Hello, my mouse shows 100% battery on razer synapse but does not turn on, either wirelessly or with the cable connected to my PC. I switched the mouse off and the red light came on. Now, when I try to turn it on or charge it, there's nothing. I'm using the same usb cable that it came with and that I was using before this problem - I've restarted my PC several times. Before that, I just had a sensor problem with the mouse that didn't detect all my movements and micro-gels. I did all the updates for the mouse and the dongle but nothing helped.
Mind you, the mouse was still working before I updated it to fix the sensor problems. Now the mouse doesn't respond at all. I've had this sensor problem for a while, so I've tried to fix it by following the instructions on the Razer website. Now the mouse doesn't respond at all.
I can still hear the connection when I plug my usb cable into the dongle and the disconnection sound, but I can't see the red light underneath the mouse any more.
If anyone knows anything to help me, it would be appreciated.
