I’d contact Razer Support as well, especially since it’s stopping around 52%. It might be a battery issue, but they should be able to confirm whether it needs a replacement.

Let me assist you with your mouse. Can you send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and use it when I forward your case to our Technical Team? Please also send a photo of your receipt/invoice so I can include it as well. You can upload it to any hosting service like Google Drive and provide a shareable link.
