Razer virtual 7.1 Surround Sound - no sound from headphones (Razer Kraken)

Hello everyone, today I tried to activate the Surround Sound app for my Kraken (not Kraken X). I supposed I should change the output on my Win10 PC to go to the new device that appeared - "Internal AUX Jack (7.1 Surround Sound)". But now it doesn't play any sound. On regular setting, "Speakers", it does good. My headphones are connected via 3.5mm Jack. How could I solve this issue? Thanks for the answers ahead.
