So ive had my razer chroma v2 since it came out and have been extremely satisfied with it, everyone ive talked to about controllers i have recommended it because of how solid it is. But recently ive been having trouble with the two top paddles not registering any input when i press them. Is this a common problem? Is there any simple way to fix it? And is my controller under warranty if its unfixable?

    Does the issue persist across all games and different consoles? If yes, that's highly likely a hardware problem. You can PM me the serial number so I can validate its model specifications and start a case for a replacement request. *Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
