Razer wolverine keeps disconnecting

i have owned my razer wolverine now for about 2 years, and now for some reason when I attempt to play controller games with it my controller keeps disconnecting. There appears to be no damage to the controller or cable so I am confused. i have tried to find alternative cables to see if the cable is broke (which I'm positive its not) and checked amazon but have had no luck if anyone can help or has had the same issue get back to me!

Have you had any luck fixing issue? I am having similar issues while playing COD, though once  exit the game, the controller works fine

I have a Wolverine V2 and randomly just stops working in the Division2. Unplug and plug back in it works, but will dc again. This is on pc.   Used another cable and same thing.
