Razer Wolverine Pro controller wont connect

My controller for some reason some days ago stopped working. 

 

No lights appear on the controller except for when i'm connected via USB.

I cant connect through the app or synapse. 

I've tried all the below options within the forum and none have worked.

Thanks for alerting us a out this and we’re leaning toward a hardware fault. Can it still be detected by your PC’s device manager? Let me know via PM along with your controller's serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds that we can attempt.
