Razer Wolverine TE Left Stick Issues

Another individual posted a similar issue (and included a short video, the first one among the three), while playing COD, the forward movement stutters during tactical sprint. One cannot run continuously forward. Rest of the controller functions normally. If possible, I would consider opening it up and replacing the left analog stick interface unit inside if that's the problem. I bought it renewed on Amazon so it's not eligible for warranty replacement/repair and the issue arose after less than a month of use.
