Razer wolverine tournament analogue not working

Hey. My wolverine tournament edition after 6 months has stopped registering when you fully press the analogue forward. Example in any FPS game it's registering a half press forward You basically walk instead of running. Any ideas?

    Thanks for bringing this to me. There isn't much that we can do to test the controller. Try testing the device with a fresh profile to make sure that there isn't some weird macro or keybind preventing it from functioning properly. If the problem persists, then I'm afraid we'll have to look into your RMA options.
