Razer Wolverine Tournament Edition does not output audio from the audio jack

I lost the audio of the game, but my chat audio works fine. The headset works fine in another xbox controller. I have seen the same problem in the wolverine Ultimate, and there is a firmware update that fixes the problem, but there is no update for the Worlverine TE. game on xbox series x
