Razer Wolverine Ultimate

Hello,

I just bought this controller after my older one for 5 years took a dump. So I’m familiar with remapping the buttons on the old controller through razer app on Microsoft store.

Issue: This new ultimate controller is detected through the app. But when you edit a profile it grey screens. 

Attempted solution: Reinstalled the app. I tried to remove any meta data or registry, but I can’t find any. Looked for firmware updates and cannot find any. 

1.2.0.0 is the firmware on the controller. 

Possibly since I used the app prior to this new controller it’s causing a bug. So anytime I remove and reinstall it has all my profiles on the old controller. Not sure how-to completely wipe the app and its meta data from my account. Or maybe it’s bugged for others too.

Any help will be nice. Thanks

From what I can find I guess razer did some kind of an update for the newer controllers and  gave our controllers a bug from the firmware. I’m just not sure if they are going to fix it or not so far it’s been a couple weeks since the issue happened. I hope this helps 🙂
