Razer Wolverine Ultimate app doesn't work.

Hello, I need help
I bought a Wolverine Ultimate for Xbox, but when I try to change the button assignment, the screen stays gray and I can't change anything. I've tried on my Xbox and PC, and also updating the controller firmware, but nothing works. I saw other users had the same problem.
