Razer Wolverine Ultimate does not work on Windows 10 Boot

Hello, i use my Razer Wolverine Ultimate to play on PC for quit a while now. Since a bit i own a new Computer and after a reboot the pad is not recognized. Windows says that a usb device was not recognized and will not work properly. I suppose the pad is meant as all other usb devices work fine. So i re plug the pad and then it works. This behavior was not shown on my old computer. Any assistance is much appreciated :) Windows 10 Pro 64-bit Z370M GAMING PRO AC (MS-7B44) (U3E1
