Razer Wolverine Ultimate M1-M6 Not Responding

Ever since last Thursday, my razer wolverine ultimate controller has been unable to map buttons, edit any buttons in the app for it, or even use the M1-M6 buttons. There were no issues with the controller  until last week and I saw someone else say that had the same issue so I know it’s not just me.

Hey ​@aeroCoralReeftalk272! Does the problem happen while connecting the controller to another port in your gaming console? Does the same issue happen if you connect the controller to another gaming console (if feasible)? Please send me a PM including the device serial number so the team can help you further.
