Razer Wolverine V2 Chroma after update not working and stuck vibration

AC1950D01900032

Hey. I have a razer wolverine chroma v2. After updating the firmware, the controller does not turn on at all! Stuck vibration when connecting. I have made sure the usb-c wire is properly attached and have tried on my other xbox series x  and there is still no response. When connecting stuck vibration. There is no connection. Help with the problem? With respect.

Did you have any issues with the update not going through? i just tried it and it gets stuck at 100% and the controller disconnects

No. Everything went fine with me. After the update, I connected the gamepad to the console and it updated without freezing.

Download the driver from the link above. Then install it. It will ask you to connect the gamepad. Plug in the gamepad and the update should run. Pardon my English)

I downloaded this application but nothing happens when I connect the controller . I can't start the update because the computer doesn't see the controller

Hi. I just turned on the program. She asked to connect the gamepad. I connected the gamepad and turned on the update.

Hi. I just turned on the program. She asked to connect the gamepad. I connected the gamepad and turned on the update.

Do I need to have anything installed, enabled, or a special cable to perform this update?

I will also add that the last time the gamepad worked and was connected to the console, I held the Xbox button and clicked turn off the controller. Maybe that had some influence on its failure. I tried to do an updated On 3 different laptops without success, in each of them the updated button does not light up

No. I turned on the program first. She asked to connect a Razer gamepad. I connected the gamepad and followed the instructions in the program. Maybe you have a completely different case of breakdown.

I think I found the glitch that's causing my problem. This is probably a rectifier diode marked as k9. Does anyone know where I can find a motherboard diagram?
