My Wolverine v2 Chroma will not connect to the “Razer Controller Setup for Xbox” software. It shows the “Connection in progress” screen, but stays at 0%.

The software was just installed, so I'm assuming it is up to date.
I am using the USB-C cable that came with the controller, and have tried others.
It is plugged into a USB 3.1 front panel port. I have tried USB 3.1 and 3.0 rear IO ports as well.
Controller firmware is up to date. That went smoothly and it was recognized properly.

I am out of ideas to get it working.

Yes I am using the same product and have the same symptoms. Razer service center is not helpful at all.
