Razer Wolverine v2 Chroma (xbox series x) Vibration

I have just bought the razer wolverine v2 chroma controller for my xbox series x. No matter what, i cannot get the vibration function to work in PUBG or Insurgency Sandstorm It does however work in call of duty Any help / information on whether this is a known issue is appreciated. The vibration function also works fine in the razer settings app. And before anyone asks , i have vibration set to ON in the games and on the xbox. A wireless controller i have vibrates just fine in these games

    Were you able to uninstall/reinstall the Razer Controller Setup for Xbox in your gaming console?
