This is odd. Does the issue persist after connecting it to another gaming console or a computer? Please send me the device serial number so I can help initiate an investigation.

I don't have another device to test the pad on, but this is my second pad. I returned the first one to the store after 2 months because of the squeaking, and the one I have now squeaks after the update, but the pad doesn't have to be connected to the console at all, I just turn it on and after the vibration that occurs when starting the pad starts squeaking. The last update must have caused it because it didn't happen before. 762451C13400946
And so in general the pad is very nice, it's my first contact with Razer equipment but this squeaking something must have gone wrong. Please tell me if there is a planned software update that would fix the problem of fasting?
