My Xbox wolverine v3 controller won’t connect to my Xbox or pc wirelessly.

  1. Cables are fine.
  2. Ports are fine.
  3. Firmware for both controller and wireless dongle are both update.

Don’t know what to do from here. The controller isn’t even a year old.

Hello sharpKeyLimeup104,

Thanks for sharing your concern here. I understand that your having connection issues with your Razer Wolverine V3 Pro and your Xbox Series X. Given that the controller was previously working fine, here are some steps to help identify and possibly resolve the issue:

  1. Test in Wired Mode. If you haven't already, connect the controller to the console using the USB cable and see if it powers on and registers input

  2. Make sure the USB dongle is securely connected. If the it is loose or wiggling causes disconnections, try using a different USB port. Inspect the USB ports on the controller and console for any dirt or damage that might be causing a poor connection.

  3. Disconnect and Reconnect. Unplug the controller from the console and power down the Series X. Wait for a minute, then power it back on and reconnect the controller.

If the issue persists after performing the troubleshooting steps, please send me a PM together with your device's serial number and proof of purchase for a possible warranty claim. You can upload your proof of purchase to your Google Drive and send me the link. Make sure that the link is set the sharing settings to "Anyone with the link can view". Thank you!
