Razer Wolverine V3 Pro Issue

My controller connects to my Series X both with the dongle and the usb cable, but doesnt work. It works on my old Xbox One X and on the pc. Ive updated both dongle and controller using the pc. Controller is connected but the Xbox doesnt recognize it.
