Razer Wolverine v3 Pro Not Connecting to Xbox Series X or my PC

I recently purchased the Wolverine V3 Pro controller, and it originally was working fine for a little over a week. I tried playing today, and the controller is not connecting to the xbox series x via the dongle.

1st troubleshooting method: Make sure the dongle is fully plugged in. (It was)
2nd troubleshooting method: Make sure the USB port is not faulty. (USB port works perfectly fine)
3rd troubleshoot method: Turn off the controller, unplug the dongle, and reset the xbox. Plug it back in and try again. Didn’t work.

4th troubleshoot method: Plug the razer controller into the xbox series x directly with the Razer provided cords. Still didn’t work.

5th troubleshoot method: Plug the controller into my PC directly, and update the firmware. Unfortunately, I can’t update the firmware because my PC doesn’t recognize the device in the Razer Synapse application.

Now I am contacting you for help.

PS the controller does turn on. It even lights up red on the xbox button, which is the profile I created in the Razer Xbox App.

Help?

Bumped for visibility. Same problem, only mine has never connected to Xbox at all, even the app, both wired and dongle.

Hey @WhiskyWhiskurz,

Thanks for sharing the details and troublehooting steps that you have tried on your controller. Can you send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and use it to create your case?

Hi @Gambit11B,

Can you send me a PM as well with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable workarounds that might address the connection issue you're currently experiencing?
