Razer Wolverine V3 TE not updating?

Good evening, all! I recently purchased two Wolverine V3 TEs, and we love them. Going through the settings, we noticed my first one is on V 1.1.4.0. My second one is on 1.0.13.0. According to the FAQ, it should update upon opening the RAZER app. I’ve tried it on my laptop and two separate Xbox’s, but no updates show up. Is there anything I can do? Thank you!
