Razer wont respond to emails, customer support, been on hold for over an hr!

Hello Razer support,



I returned my laptop the day after I received it because there was no GPU detection. The agent who helped me said they would send out a new laptop when they saw the laptop was in transit to the Irvine US HQ destination, the shipping label was provided by the agent. I waited for over 4 days but never received a new tracking number or update. So I contacted through live chat and talked to someone and just requested a refund on Oct 29 2019. Everytime I contact support no one knows what is going on and each support agent says something different. It has been over a month and still have no update and no refund. I disputed through paypal and they said since the shipping location is different from what Razer Usa LTD requested through paypal there is nothing they can do. I dont know what to do because I dont have a laptop to ship it to Singapore since I shipped it to Irvine and now I am out $3,300. Someone please help!
