Hey Support Team,
I bought a new Razer Opus *Bathing Ape edition headphones about a month ago. But I am not satisfied with its max volume. i.e. I am unable to enjoy listening to the max volume. It always feels a little low whether it is connected to Macbook or my iPhone.

I have Skullcandy and JBL headphones, both of their max volumes are higher than the OPUS one and they also follow the standards of max volume guidelines but OPUS’s max volume is way lower than their max. So I don’t know if there’s some issue with my headphones or if it is like that.

Also, I was trying to switch it to Gaming Mode to see if it gets louder in that, but on iPhone and MAC holding the multi-function button for 5 seconds activates the SIRI and doesn’t switch it to gaming mode.
