Razer xbox v2 controller m5 m6 buttons locking joycon

I have purchased the new Xbox razer Chroma V2 controller. The back buttons M5 and M6 cause a movement and looking slow down ( joycons ) while being held down. Even if I have changed either button to do something else. This is a large issue in FPS shooters as hitting the button to jump will now cause a second delay in my movement and looking. Hope this is something fixable with a patch otherwise those buttons are not of use as they cause gameplay issues. - PC
