I've had my Razer2 phone for a few years now and have loved it! As of late, however, it's been having a hard time charging. When I plug the charger into the phone it doesn't always register and I have to sometimes "wiggle" the cord in order for it to catch (and sometimes that doesn't even work). It's starting to get very frustrating and am wondering if anyone else has had similar issues and/or is the phone just old and I need to buy a new one? Thanks in advance

Have you tried using a different USB-C cable to isolate the behavior? Also, have you tried following the steps from this link? Should the issue persist, the phone could have a hardware issue and needs to be repaired. I'll be locking this thread now. Please send me a PM including the phone's serial number.
