I got these headphones off Amazon, and got them today, brand new. Inside there’s the 7.1 surround sound card, but instead of a code that needs scratching away, it just has a QR code that sends me to the website to install it. In other words, I can’t actually activate it.

Thanks for letting us know about this. In order for you to receive the activation code, you must first register your headset. Please send me a message via PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it and check the registration.
