Hi all, I'm new to the forum and Razer laptops in general. I've just purchased the Razerblade 15 base model (the 256gm spec) and seem to be having an issue with the screen. In the process of dealing with Razer Support but looking to avoid returning the product from the UK to Hong Kong and waiting for a replacement if possible as I really need the laptop for work and would need to purchase another in the meantime so would probably be better asking for a refund if this ends up being the case.
Has anyone else encountered this problem, or could advise me on how to fix it if so? It seems to be intermittent. It was present when I first turned on the laptop and stayed for the first couple of hours. I did all the driver and windows updates, went home and then the screen was normal. It's been normal for most of today but suddently darkened and the problem came back.
Tried a couple of restarts but no joy. Any help would be appreciated! (tried changing the refresh rate from 60 to 48 which didn't do anything, switched it back to 60 and it was back to normal again for 10 minutes and then went back to the problem.
