Razerbook keeps crashing

Hi team, It has not been even a week since I got a razerbook for work. The laptop keeps crashing on me constantly. It has done so 6 times! It just shuts down and goes to the blue screen of death. This is very very disappointing. Its a work laptop so cant be without it. Need immediate assistance guys!

    Sorry for the mishap. I understand how difficult to have an underperforming unit. Have you run its latest Windows and Synapse updates? Please send me a PM including the following, so I can help you initiate an investigation: a. MSinfo logs. b. Screenshot of Windows version (Hit Windows + R. Open the Run box with then type winver) c. Photo of the BIOS main tab. d. Windows event logs and a photo of the error (if feasible). Save the files via Google Drive or any online drive account, then paste the link in your PM.
