Helo i have new pair of earpods left stopped working , tried everything from manual , pairing , charging , putting in the box and left earpod is just dead no sound from that and i think touch pad isnt working. Right one is working fine . Does any

The earbuds have a possible hardware issue since you've tried every possible step to resolve it.
