Razerhead true wirelless left earpod not working

Helo i have new pair of earpods left stopped working , tried everything from manual , pairing , charging , putting in the box and left earpod is just dead no sound from that and i think touch pad isnt working. Right one is working fine . Does any know solution to this erros or i need get warranty ?

    also even hust right earpod is working razer app cannot conect it says it couldnt find the earpod
    and also i gmhave tried to connect earpods to another phone didint worked

    The earbuds have a possible hardware issue since you've tried every possible step to resolve it. You can also check the steps from this article If you have purchased the earbuds from a local reseller, please communicate with them and ask for a warranty claim.
