RazerStealth 13 heating issue while charging

I recently purchased razerStealth 13 model. As of I am using it for causal browsing the internet, when the laptop is plugged in to the charger the palm rest on both the sides of track pad is getting hot due to which can be felt quite evident on the hands. When I am doing the same task with the charger the temp is a lot cooler. Is this an issue with the laptop or this is a normal behavior.
