Razor 2 ISSUES :(

I bought a Razor 2 New Years Eve for PUBG. 1st one got stuck on reboot for hours, turned itself off. I’m about to take the second one back to the store - it was working fine then turned off and now won’t turn back on. Really disappointed- I notice a lot of other people having the same problems - third time lucky I hope.
