razor black shark v2 background noise
Hi i purchased a razor black shark v2 pro headset a few months ago but been having issues with background noise it's not buzzing but almost like a static sound i have tried to mess around with razor synapse app but the noise appears when i do not speak for a few seconds

hitCoconutSHELL730Have you tried disabling the Razer Synapse and check if the behavior persists? Were there any changes made to your device/system before the issue? Please perform the following steps from this link. Let's see how it goes.
