My headset is not charging anymore i would wanna see if have any fixing central or any recomendations of how fix it (i am from Brazil)-

- Damaged charging port
- Faulty charging cable
- Faulty battery
Follow the troubleshooting tips below to resolve a Razer wireless headset that is not charging:
- Ensure the charging cable is working and plugged in properly.
- Use a spare charging cable.
- Ensure the charging port is not loose or damaged.

Have you tried different charging cable (you can check it on phone charging adapter).
