Got the keyboard and installed the Razor Synapse but it only detects the mouse but not the keyboard. Keys do not work with any windows 10 application or with Cortina. It only works in Chrome. Almost useless. Is there a fix? Would hate to return the keyboard and buy an Alienwared brand keyboard. Thanks

    Hi there! What version of Synapse are you using? Also, is the Blackwidow Chroma recognized properly by the computer? Let me know.
