Razor Blackwidow Chroma V2 not working on PC

Hi, My Razor Blackwidow Chroma V2 is not working on my PC all of a sudden Seems to work ok when I plug it into my laptop. I plugged a different keyboard in the ports on my PC and that keyboard works fine. I can go into demo mode with m5+ Caps +Esc, I can also make the G key light up and the m keys for recording. None of the other keys are working and they do not light up either. I tried a clean install of Synapse. Any ides? Regards, Andrew

    If I plug it in while holding FN I just see an unknown device in device manager. Anyone got a link to some firmware I can manually install? Or any other ideas?

    Actually since connecting the keyboard to my laptop and loading a profile then connecting it back to my pc, the keys are lighting up but I still can't use it. The device comes up as HID Keyboard device in Device Manager and Synapse doesn't detect it at all.
